Empire Health and Social Care Limited provides and facilitates training opportunities for all staff members enabling individuals to undertake their duties to their greatest potential, thus enhancing the services delivered to clients. It is also hoped that appropriate training will enhance the career and vocational opportunities, aspirations and goals of individual staff members.
We offer NVQ Level 2 training for all Health Care Assistants who have been with us for six months and above.
We offer mandatory training to all employees prior to practicing on the courses listed below:

Further specialist training courses will be provided as per clients needs. We are also collaborating with the city council to train our staff in courses like Protection of vulnerable adults amongst others.
